Important Update: Increased Blockchain Fees for Ethereum (ERC-20) Transactions
13/01/2025 15:36:42We regret to inform you that blockchain fees for transactions on the Ethereum (ERC-20) network have significantly increased. This change is driven by factors such as heightened network congestion, growing demand for decentralized applications, and Ethereum’s dynamic fee model.
In response to this situation, we have adjusted the minimum transaction value for all tokens over the ERC-20 network from $5 to $15. This change is necessary to align with the increased fees and maintain a seamless experience for our users. Please note that further adjustments may be considered if blockchain fees continue to rise.
Consider Alternative Networks
Higher blockchain fees disproportionately affect small-value transactions, making them less cost-effective. To address this, we strongly recommend exploring more economical blockchain networks. The available alternatives include Polygon, Arbitrum, Optimism, Avalanche, Base, BSC (BEP-20), and Solana.
Each of these networks offers significantly lower transaction fees, often negligible or close to zero, providing cost-effective alternatives for low-value or frequent transactions.
Our Commitment
We understand the challenges posed by rising Ethereum fees, particularly for smaller transactions, and remain committed to supporting you by expanding our network options and providing the tools necessary to minimize costs.
Thank you for your understanding and continued trust in our services. Should you have any questions or need assistance transitioning to alternative networks, please feel free to reach out to us
