Important Update: Delisting BUSD on CryptAPI

CryptAPI is set to delist BUSD from our services by Wednesday, March 6, 2024. This decision follows the announcement by Paxos to halt the minting of new BUSD tokens and Binance's decision to stop support for BUSD products on December 15, 2023. Despite Paxos's assurance that BUSD will remain backed 1:1 by USD and redeemable through at least February 2024, the cessation of new BUSD minting necessitates our decision to delist BUSD from CryptAPI.

As a result of this delisting, CryptAPI will no longer support the generation of new addresses for BUSD transactions, and any attempts to make payments in BUSD will fail. Users are advised to complete any pending BUSD transactions and explore alternatives for their BUSD holdings, such as converting to other cryptocurrencies supported by CryptAPI or withdrawing to an external wallet, well before the delisting date.
