Important Update: Changes to CryptAPI Volume Discounts

Starting November 1, 2026, we are updating CryptAPI's volume discount tiers. The base fee will remain at 1% and the lowest available fee at 0.25%, but higher processing volumes will be required to qualify for each discount level.

This change is a response to rising operating costs and allows us to keep providing the reliable service our merchants depend on.

Updated fee tiers

Your fee is calculated based on the total volume you processed over the previous 30 days. The following tiers take effect on November 1, 2026:

• Under $250,000: 1.00%
• $250,000 to $999,999: 0.90%
• $1,000,000 to $2,499,999: 0.80%
• $2,500,000 to $4,999,999: 0.70%
• $5,000,000 to $9,999,999: 0.60%
• $10,000,000 to $19,999,999: 0.40%
• $20,000,000 and above: 0.25%

Blockchain network fees continue to apply in addition to the rates above.

What is not changing

• No hidden costs. There are still no setup fees, monthly fees or hidden charges.
• Same calculation method. Your rate is still based on your volume over the previous 30 days.
• No action required. The new rates are applied automatically, and your existing integration will continue to work exactly as it does today.

Existing fee agreements

If you already have a fee agreement with CryptAPI, or have already been in touch with our team about your fees, you can disregard this announcement.

We are happy to review your fees on request. Simply complete our sales form with your website and processing volume, and a member of our team will review your account and get back to you.

The updated tiers will also be published on our fees page from November 1.
