Monero support, fee changes and look back at this week's changes
4 years, 2 months agoHello! As you may have noticed we have deployed one major change this week, which lets you choose to be notified when a transaction is first seen on the network, before it is confirmed. In order to enable this new feature, you just need to add an optional parameter to the address creation request &pending=1. Our documentation has been updated to reflect these latest changes, please check it out for a more in-depth look at what's changed. We do apologize for the slightly longer downtime when deploying these changes than we expected, but we have been monitoring our systems since then and everything is looking good. Now, for the upcoming changes, due to popular demain we will be adding Monero to our list of supported coins sometime next week (we will confirm the day later), and we will tweak our current fees by then. Wait, did someone say fees? Yes, we did. We have been in internal discussions and have come to a conclusion that, in order to make small transactions much more appealing to our customers, we will be reducing the minimum fee and minimum transaction parameters for some coins:
Coin | Old Min. Fee | New Min. Fee | Old Min. TX | New Min. TX |
---|---|---|---|---|
Bitcoin | 0.0001 | 0.00002 | 0.0002 | 0.0002 |
Bitcoin Cash | 0.0002 | 0.0002 | 0.0005 | 0.0005 |
Litecoin | 0.002 | 0.0008 | 0.005 | 0.002 |
Ethereum | 0.0005 | 0.0003 | 0.001 | 0.001 |
IOTA | 0.025 | 0.025 | 0.05 | 0.05 |
Any question or suggestion please feel free to contact us!
